{"id":392,"date":"2018-10-14T18:32:21","date_gmt":"2018-10-14T16:32:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alloza.eu\/david\/WordPress3\/?p=392"},"modified":"2018-10-14T18:37:45","modified_gmt":"2018-10-14T16:37:45","slug":"hstrx-module-12-driver-large-bande-1w-a-base-de-pd85004","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alloza.eu\/david\/WordPress3\/?p=392","title":{"rendered":"HSTRX module 12 : Driver large bande 1W \u00e0 base de  PD85004"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Suite \u00e0 une mauvaise manipulation, j&rsquo;ai grill\u00e9 le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nxp.com\/docs\/en\/data-sheet\/AFT05MS004N.pdf\">AFT05MS004N<\/a> de <a href=\"http:\/\/alloza.eu\/david\/WordPress3\/?p=376\">ce driver la<\/a>\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>avant de le remplacer, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;en profiter pour tester, une solution \u00e0 base de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.st.com\/resource\/en\/datasheet\/pd85004.pdf\">PD85004<\/a>, encourag\u00e9 par les tests de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.qsl.net\/in3otd\/ham_radio\/PD85004_SE_PA\/PD85004_SE_PA.html\">Claudio\u00a0IN3OTD<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Voila le sch\u00e9ma du montage ( cliquez pour agrandir):<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 1718px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/david.alloza.eu\/ForPublication\/Homemade\/Amplifier\/PD85004Driver\/shematic.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/david.alloza.eu\/ForPublication\/Homemade\/Amplifier\/PD85004Driver\/shematic.png\" width=\"1708\" height=\"935\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">PD85004 1W Wideband driver<\/p><\/div>\n<p>pour la r\u00e9alisation, il s&rsquo;agit <a href=\"http:\/\/alloza.eu\/david\/WordPress3\/?p=376\">du driver pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent<\/a> mais avec quelques modifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La r\u00e9sistance de feedback de 2.7k a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9e par une r\u00e9sistance de 1.1k ( le gain du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.st.com\/resource\/en\/datasheet\/pd85004.pdf\">PD85004<\/a> \u00e9tant inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui du\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nxp.com\/docs\/en\/data-sheet\/AFT05MS004N.pdf\">AFT05MS004N<\/a> , cette modification est n\u00e9cessaire pour continuer \u00e0 adapter le montage sur 50 Ohms.<\/li>\n<li>Le condensateur de feedback de 100nF a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par un condensateur de 10nF. 10nF sont suffisants et ne pas prendre une valeur trop grosse diminue le risque d&rsquo;une destruction du transistor sur les transitoires ( cause probable de la destruction du transistor pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent). Georges F6CER m&rsquo;avais pourtant mis en garde sur ce genre de choses.. mais bon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le reste du montage est identique (fonctionnement en classe A), le courant de repos est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 240mA, ce que j&rsquo;ai obtenu avec une tension de bias de 4.28V.<\/p>\n<p>Photo de la r\u00e9alisation (cliquez pour agrandir)<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 1610px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/david.alloza.eu\/ForPublication\/Homemade\/Amplifier\/PD85004Driver\/IMG_2310.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/david.alloza.eu\/ForPublication\/Homemade\/Amplifier\/PD85004Driver\/IMG_2310.JPG\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">PD85004 1W Wideband Driver<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Le gain est de 26dB ( contre 32dB <a href=\"http:\/\/alloza.eu\/david\/WordPress3\/?p=376\">dans la version bas\u00e9e sur le\u00a0AFT05MS004N<\/a> ), la bande passante est par contre bien plus importante ( ce qui est logique vu que le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.st.com\/resource\/en\/datasheet\/pd85004.pdf\">PD85004<\/a> pr\u00e9sente des capacit\u00e9s parasites plus faibles).<\/p>\n<p>Le gain tombe \u00e0 25.5dB \u00e0 474khz, est quasiement plat \u00e0 26dB sur la HF et la VHF et s&rsquo;affaisse assez rapidement pass\u00e9 les 160MHz.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/david.alloza.eu\/ForPublication\/Homemade\/Amplifier\/PD85004Driver\/IMG_2303.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/david.alloza.eu\/ForPublication\/Homemade\/Amplifier\/PD85004Driver\/IMG_2303.png\" width=\"800\" height=\"643\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">PD85004 Driver bandwidth ( noise source + MS610 spectrum analyzer)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>C&rsquo;est donc un driver utilisable pour la MF, HF et VHF.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la MF\/HF, quelques\u00a0 imp\u00e9dances d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e mesur\u00e9es:<\/p>\n<p>45 ohms \u00e0 474khz<br \/>\n44 Ohms \u00e0 3.5Mhz<br \/>\n47 Ohms \u00e0 14 Mhz<br \/>\n51 Ohms \u00e0 28Mhz<\/p>\n<p>Ce driver a \u00e9t\u00e9 mont\u00e9 dans le <a href=\"http:\/\/alloza.eu\/david\/WordPress3\/?page_id=385\">HSTRX<\/a> le 2018\/10\/14.<\/p>\n<p>David,F4HTQ.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Suite \u00e0 une mauvaise manipulation, j&rsquo;ai grill\u00e9 le\u00a0AFT05MS004N de ce driver la\u00a0. avant de le remplacer, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;en profiter pour tester, une solution \u00e0 base de\u00a0PD85004, encourag\u00e9 par les tests de\u00a0Claudio\u00a0IN3OTD.
